The default index is the English common names index. If the fish you are looking for is not listed, try the scientific names index, the scientific synonyms index, or the Worldwide common names index. These alternate listings are quite extensive, but where a common name is shared between several (or, as in some cases, many) species, it has been omitted for the sake of clarity.
